What is Sendsets?
Sendsets is a cold email API for AI workflows. It lets coding agents and your own software create campaigns, manage senders, handle replies, and inspect results through CLI, API, or MCP.
Who is it for?
Technical founders, developers, GTM engineers, agencies, and teams that want to operate outbound programmatically.
Do I need Claude Code or Codex?
No. You can use the CLI, API, or MCP from your own software or agent. Claude Code and Codex make the workflow conversational.
Is it a cold email sequencer?
Yes. It creates and runs sequences, but also exposes campaign control, mailboxes, warmup, replies, and results to software.
Can I use mailboxes I already have?
Yes. Connect existing Google, Microsoft, or SMTP/IMAP sending accounts.
Can Sendsets provision mailboxes?
Yes. It can provision Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 sending mailboxes. The current listed infrastructure prices are $3 per mailbox per month and $30 per Azure tenant per month for up to 100 mailboxes. The live provider quote and any domain charges are shown before an order.
Does it handle warmup and sender health?
Yes. Enable, pause, resume, and monitor warmup. You can check mailbox health, set sending limits, and rotate campaigns across healthy senders.
Can an agent launch a campaign by itself?
Agent workflows can create and check a campaign. You can keep approval steps before real email is sent; the install prompt asks the agent to show you the first email and wait for launch approval.
Can I test before sending to a list?
Yes. Validate the campaign, run preflight checks, send a test email, and run one prospect through the complete campaign.
Does Sendsets find leads?
Sendsets is the sending and campaign layer. Bring prospects from a CSV, Clay, HubSpot, your database, or another source.
Can it connect with Clay, Firecrawl, and HubSpot?
Yes. Those tools can supply prospect data or context, while your app can create a result for each prospect and Sendsets can run the campaign. Integrations depend on the workflow you build.
Can Sendsets connect to my product?
Yes. A campaign can call your app for a prospect to create a report, workspace, demo, account, or link. Your app can send events back when a prospect signs up, activates, uses a feature, or upgrades.
What can product events do?
They can stop a sequence or change its next step. For example, a signup can stop cold outreach, while a viewed report can trigger a more relevant follow-up.
Does it manage replies?
Yes. Read conversations across sending accounts and reply from the mailbox that originally contacted the prospect.
Can I use Sendsets without a dashboard?
Yes. The core workflow can run through CLI, API, MCP, or a coding agent. The web app is there when visual inspection helps.
